The project requirements.
The challenge
The default connector dumped every payment into a single account, so the finance lead spent time every day reclassifying transactions by hand.
The solution
We traced all three payment pipelines on the site and built a backend integration that posts each sale to QuickBooks as a sales receipt in the correct income account, with secure token refresh and duplicate protection so nothing is ever posted twice.
