The challenge
Enquiries from the website had to be copied into the CRM by hand, and leads went cold in the gap.
The solution
We connected the site to Zoho CRM v2 with OAuth 2.0, automatic token refresh, and credentials kept in the secrets manager, so every enquiry lands in the CRM the moment it is submitted.
