The project requirements.
The challenge
Several client companies store items with Regal. Each company needed to see and manage only its own inventory, and new users had to be approved before getting access.
The solution
We designed a four-level access model where every record is tied to a company ID, so data never crosses between clients. Admins approve new users, and each role sees a dashboard scoped to what it is allowed to manage, including inventory upload and CSV export.
