The project requirements.
The challenge
Registration lived on an outside platform the club paid for and could not customise, while the website lived somewhere else. Families, coaches, and admins were juggling separate tools.
The solution
We moved everything into one platform: open clinic and camp registration with cart, promo codes, waivers, and checkout, invitation-only team registration after tryouts, a parent dashboard, a coaches area with reimbursements, and an admin area for teams and rosters.
