The project requirements.
The challenge
The organisation was coordinating donations, requests, and shipments by hand. They needed every donated toy reviewed before it went live, and every shipment traceable from donor to family.
The solution
We built three role-based dashboards, a moderated marketplace where admins approve listings before they appear, a cart for recipients, shipment tracking, and email automation that keeps donors and families updated at every step.
